Live Stream

Our policy to refund any purchases will only apply to refund requests prior to Live stream of your actual purchase. If you have made a purchase prior to the actual stream itself and wish to claim a refund prior to the live stream, then all you need do is contact us via our "contact us" link specifying your name, the stream you purchased, the date of the stream and the reason why you require a refund. As long as these criteria's are met then a refund will be action'd back to your purchasing card within 3 -4 days of request. No refunds on any partially viewed or fully viewed streams.

Archive

We do not refund any archive purchases however we will offer all archive refund applications a credit meaning they are able to exchange their purchased stream for another from our services. No refunds on any partially viewed or fully viewed streams.

Downloads

We do not offer any refunds on our downloads.
