What is Ilovemusiclive copyright policy?
We control all the video content on our site. We post the video content on Ilovemusiclive.com, live, archives and download videos, we ensure all our performing artists are performing original compositions which they have written or have the permission of the copyright holder to perform.
All user generated content which may include blog threads, comments, Artist ratings. Our community guidelines and clear messaging on the site make it clear that users must respect other users and cannot be abusive, disruptive or disrespectful in any way or they will be terminated from using our services.
We take copyright issues very seriously. We prohibit users from uploading infringing material and we cooperate with copyright holders to identify and promptly remove infringing content.
How does Ilovemusiclive handle inappropriate content (i.e. porn, graphic/violent images, etc)?
Our policy prohibits inappropriate content on Ilovemusiclive. Our community understands the rules and effectively polices the site for inappropriate material. The users can flag content that they feel is inappropriate and once it is flagged, Ilovemusiclive reviews the content and removes it from the system within minutes if it violates our Community Guidelines. This combined with our proprietary technology helps us to enforce the rules. We also disable the accounts of repeat offenders.
Where is ilovemusiclive available?
Ilovemusiclive is currently translated into english. however we intend to expand our site into as many different languages as possible giving everyone an opportunity to enjoy live music.

I’m trying to register a new user account, but I’m just not receiving that verification email. What can I do?
To register a new user account, you will have to verify your email address before you can use the account. If you do not receive the verification email, make sure you check your junk folder for emails from Ilovemusiclive, too.
If you do not receive the email check you have provided an correct email address. if the email address is valid, please contact Ilovemusiclive via our "contact us" link explaining your situation.
What happens if I’ve forgotten my username or password?
If you specified an email address during signup, please head over to the Password Reset form and fill in your username and email address. We will email you a password reset link for your user account.
If you don’t have any email address associated with your account or can’t remember it, you can go to our "contact us" link and send us an email. Please remember to tell us your username, and for verification your date of birth and any email address you might have used when creating your account, to help prevent a fraudulent password reset request.
If you can’t remember your username but know what email address is associated with your user account, go to the Username Lookup form and fill in your email address. We will email you your username to your address. If you don’t receive any email from us, send us a support request with the email address for which you would like us to look up the matching user account.
If you don’t have an email address saved in your user account settings, we can’t look up your username for you.
Forgotten username AND password
If you have forgotten both your username and password but remember the email address you signed up with, you will first need to retrieve your username as described under “Forgotten username” using that email address, and then request a password reset as described under “Forgotten password” using the username we sent you and your email address.
I want to delete my account, how do I do that?
Should you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do this on the "Data" tab in your settings. From here, make sure you enter your password correctly, and confirm that you want to delete your account.
What if I have purchased a stream but cannot view it live or through my account?
If for some reason you are unable to view the stream live or through your account then please send an email using the "contact us" link with your username and the name and date of the stream causing the problem. In scenarios where we cannot rectify the problem you will always receive a full refund.
